Ureshi Sushi Master

A wonderful (and much needed) addition to Hampton Hill- The chef prepared and made me the freshest sushi I have ever had- authentic through and through. As they have just opened, they are offering a set menu, but I am quite picky with my food and they easily accommodated making me a basic, but absolutely phenomenal California Crunch Roll. My sushi was prepared right in front of me on a board with the freshest ingredients. It was wonderful seeing my meal be made in front of me- which added to the whole experience. The chef made a wide variety of sushi for another family so quickly- I blinked and it was all prepared! He was knowledgeable and made it look effortless The owner and the chef were unbelievable accommodating, welcoming and informative. Happy to have this restaurant on the high street! Would recommend to anyone and everyone, sushi lovers and new comers alike. 5 stars all around for hospitality, vibe, gorgeous interior/ set up, taste, quality and quantity!

Highly recommended, my daughter and I had a late lunch, Thursday at 2ish. Just us and our perfect host, chef Lee. Great Father and daughter experience, Real top top quality food all made in front of us. We had the yellow tail sashimi, tuna, scallop nigiri, tempura prawn maki roll , salmon hand roll and maki, lovely ambience, b/g music, some great black and white photography of Japan on the wall. Great extensive menu, good prices to boot. Can't wait to go back and try something different.

One of the best place to have a sushi! Very fresh, made front of us by very talented chef. Cannot wait to be back! Very clean place, everything was store under cover, fish on and under ice. Prepared carefully. Great atmosphere in a cozy place.

Simply amazing! We visited yesterday Ureshi for the first time and we will definitely come back ... We tried the mixed sashimi and can only recommend it as it was delicious! the dragon roll was not only beautiful but also very tasty. Overall highly recommended! Thank you Mr. Sushi Chef :)

Probably the best sushi I’ve ever had! The chef really prepares food with pride. He is very skilled - you sit right in front of the food preparation area, so you get to watch him prepare your food, which you receive the moment it’s ready. He also takes the time to chat to you and find out if there’s anything specific you’d like - just because it’s not on the menu doesn’t mean it can’t be made. He prepared a tuna tartare for us - complete with quail egg. Absolutely delicious and so fresh. The sashimi platter was also amazing. Super fresh and a variety of fishes. The fresh scallop was also a tasty treat - never had one before. Thank you Ureshi - will definitely be back!

There was very limited choice of Japanese restaurants in Hampton until Ureshi Sushi opened in recent months. It’s a very authentic experience to sit in front of the sushi bar table and watching the chef prepared the sushi for us. I would highly recommend it to all Japanese food lovers.
